Shānta began as an experiment in gravity. We wanted to create a garment that honoured the downward pull of fabric — allowing the silk to settle naturally into its own form rather than being forced into a silhouette. The piece is cut on the bias and left unfinished at the hem, creating an organic, water-like edge. Hand-embroidered details reference the ripple patterns found in temple tanks across South India.
Heritage silk with hand embroidery using traditional techniques. Dry clean only. Store draped, never folded, to maintain the fabric's natural memory. The embroidery is delicate — avoid snagging.
Each piece is carefully prepared and shipped from our Bangalore studio. Delivery timelines vary based on location and will be confirmed upon enquiry.
For international collectors, customs duties may apply at the destination country.
A floor-length drape that pools at the feet like still water — the heritage silk catches ambient light, creating gentle reflections across its surface.
This piece is non-refundable and non-replaceable. Alterations are available exclusively at our Bangalore studio. Please visit in person for any such requirements.
Every Myth Era garment is a singular work of wearable art. No two pieces are alike. Each carries the story of the artist, the concept, and the making.
